Information desk

The information desk in Erlangen is the first point of contact for students: This is where students should go if they need a certificate proving they have taken a course or if they need any information, for example on placement tests,or who is the right person to contact in the various departments. This is also where UnivIS entries are kept up to date, rooms are allocated and details of courses offered by the Language Centre are recorded.

Hauptsekretariat

The secretary’s office at Bismarckstraße 10 is responsible for all matters relating to Language Centre staff and teaching staff and is a point of contact for the University Administration and the faculties. Please feel free to contact Ms. Pisanidou and Ms. Hilbig with any queries you may have.

Secretary’s office for English departments

The Departments of DepartmentofEnglishforAcademicandSpecialPurposesEASP and Department of English for Students of English and American Studies have their own secretary’s office. Secretary’s office for intensive holiday courses

The intensive holiday courses are organised by Förderverein zur Internationalisierung der Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg e.V. in conjunction with the Department of German as a Foreign Language. Please contact Ms König if you have any questions.
