News [hidden-text] Due to the Corona situation the German intensive course (outside the lecture period) in the autumn 2021 will be held as an online course. The number of hours will be only 52. Dr. Lorenz and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Koller talk about the Language Centre

On the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Language Centre, an interview with the Director of the Language Centre, Dr. Lorenz, and his predecessor Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Koller has been published in the University’s Alexander magazine.

Dr. Lorenz and Prof. Koller talked about the launch of the Language Centre and its history, the current status of foreign language skills at universities and in today’s labour market, as well as discussing the day to day work of the Language Centre, including the courses and the many different services it offers.
