TestDaF examination preparation course

News

    • The next TestDaF preparatory course will be held from 3 February 2020 until 12 February 2020.
    • The deadline for applications was 20 January 2020. No more applications can be accepted. Requests for subsequent registration cannot be processed.
    • A certain number of students must register for the course to take place. You will be given further details when you come to sign up.
    • You can register for the TestDaF without registering to take the TestDaF course. Registering for the TestDaF course does not guarantee you a place for the examination at FAU in Erlangen and vice versa.

Overview

TestDaF preparatory courses are offered directly before the dates scheduled for the TestDaF examinations at the FAU TestDaF examination centre. During the course, the TestDaF format is explained and students have the opportunity to practise all parts of the TestDaF examination, completing, discussing and correcting specific examples.

Anyone taking the TestDaF examination, no matter whether you intend to take it at the TestDaF test centre at FAU or at another examination centre.

  • February (before the TestDaF examination)
  • July (before the TestDaF examination, if the TestDaF is scheduled outside of semester time)

32 hours of teaching spread over a total of eight days (4 hours per day)

  • Materials are provided during the course.
  • Fees should be paid by bank transfer. You will receive the bank details when you register.
